"I can still picture the first time talking to Sarah 10 Septembers ago. Sitting in the Black Box Theater. I remember her putting her legs up on mine and seeing that smile that I cherish so much. I remember her asking for my number after the last show. A shy guy like me was thrilled, not everyday a pretty girl asks me for my number. I knew that I wanted more shortly after. On New Years Eve she invited me to a party. I had plans to go to another party; I was just going to stop by. I ended up staying there the whole night. I couldn’t pull myself away from her. I have a few regrets in my life but one is not kissing her that night. I wanted to so bad but I was scared to make a move."

"A few days later John asked me to meet him and a friend at Culvers. I was so happy to get to see him again. Lunch was amazing. It was great to hear his stories about hiking and to learn he was a great storyteller. He had me laughing all of lunch. After Jac left John put his arm around me and asked me out. I’m still not sure how I got yes out I was smiling so much."
